A retail POS that keeps an eye on your stock

In a shop, what matters is whether you have it in stock and what you paid for it. Kasyro scans the barcode, deducts the item from stock and shows where you make your money.

What you deal with every day

Searching a list at the register

Scan a barcode with a scanner or your phone or tablet camera and the item is on the bill. It reads EAN, UPC, Code 128 and QR.

Items run out and nobody knows when

Every sale deducts stock. Items below the minimum are highlighted; with Premium you get an email with stock levels every morning or once a month.

Stocktaking takes all day

Count everything, by category, by supplier or by scanning barcodes. The app shows the differences against recorded stock.

What Kasyro gives you

Barcode scanning

The device camera reads the code and adds the item to the bill. Every item can have an EAN, SKU and PLU.

Real-time inventory

Stock level, minimum quantity and purchase price for every item. When stock runs short, the register warns you or blocks the sale — your choice.

Receipts, write-offs and stocktakes

Receive goods from suppliers, write off damaged items and run stocktakes. Add items to a document by scanning, too.

Suppliers and purchase prices

Track suppliers and manufacturers for your goods. A goods receipt can update the purchase price, so you know what you sell for and what you pay.

Sales and margin reports

Revenue, best sellers and markups for any period. Export sales, product sales and stock levels to Excel (XLSX) or PDF.

Variants and price levels

Sizes and colors as variants with their own price and code. Price levels let you sell the same item at, for example, a wholesale price.

What it runs on

Kasyro runs on Windows, macOS or Linux computers and on Android or iOS tablets and phones. Barcodes are read by a connected scanner, or by the camera on Android, iPhone, iPad and Mac. A thermal printer prints receipts — over USB or network on a computer, over Bluetooth or network on a tablet or phone (the built-in Sunmi printer works too). A Comgate terminal handles card payments, and on a phone or tablet a SumUp reader does too.
