When using the Kasyro app, we only collect data necessary to operate the service: • Registration data — name, email and company name when creating an account. • Operational data — products, orders, payments and inventory movements you create in the app. • Technical data — device type, OS version and app version for error diagnostics. • Contact form — name, email and message content when submitting the form on our website. We do not collect data about your customers (guests) or card payment details.
2. How we use your data
We use your data exclusively for these purposes: • Providing and operating the Kasyro service. • Syncing data between devices (on paid plans). • Automatic data backups (on paid plans). • Technical support and troubleshooting. • Sending important service notifications (outages, updates). We never sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.
3. Data security
We take the security of your data seriously: • All communication is encrypted using TLS 1.3. • Data at rest is encrypted on servers in EU data centers. • Data access is protected by Row Level Security (RLS) at the database level. • Regular security audits and infrastructure updates. • Local data in the app is stored in an encrypted SQLite database.
4. Cookies
The kasyro.com website uses only technically necessary cookies: • Language preferences (i18n_lang) — remembering your chosen language. • We do not use any analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. • We do not share any data with advertising networks.
5. Third parties
We use the following providers to operate the service: • Supabase (Germany, EU) — cloud database, authentication and storage. • PowerSync — data synchronization between devices. • Wedos (Czech Republic) — website hosting. All providers comply with GDPR requirements and process data within the EU.
6. Your rights
