Terms and conditions for using the Kasyro app and services.

Operator
The Kasyro app and this website are operated by Kasyro s.r.o., registered office Masarykova 360, 735 81 Bohumín, Czech Republic, Company ID 30145465, VAT ID CZ30145465, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Ostrava, section C, insert 105567. The company is a VAT payer.
1. License and usage
Kasyro s.r.o. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Kasyro application for your business. • Kasyro Free license (free of charge) — sales, catalog, inventory, recipes, reports, roles and users on one device with no time limit. • Kasyro Premium license — adds multi-device sync, cloud data protection, the AI assistant, kitchen and customer displays, daily closings with alerts by email, and email support. • Kasyro Enterprise license — all Premium services plus a dedicated contact person, availability guaranteed by contract, data transfer, remote till setup and custom changes. You may not decompile, modify or distribute the application without written consent.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for securing your account and login credentials. Each user account is intended for one person. Sharing login credentials is at your own risk. Kasyro supports user management with PIN codes — we recommend creating a separate account for each employee with appropriate permissions.
3. Payments and billing
• The Kasyro license is permanently free with no time limit. • Premium and Enterprise plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. • Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is added at the statutory rate. • A time-limited offer may apply to the yearly Premium subscription; the pricing page and the shop state the offer price and how long it runs. The offer price applies to the first yearly period; later periods are invoiced at the regular price valid at renewal. Customers who received a discount in an earlier offer keep the terms valid when they ordered. • Invoices are sent electronically to your registered email. • When upgrading, remaining credit from the current period is applied. • When downgrading, the change takes effect from the next billing period.
4. Liability
The Kasyro application is provided "as is". While we strive for maximum reliability: • We are not liable for damages caused by internet outages (the app works offline). • We are not liable for data loss caused by device damage without active backups. • Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months. We recommend using the Premium plan with cloud data protection and making regular local backups (.kasyro) to minimize data loss risk.
5. Service availability
• Offline app features are available at all times, regardless of server status. • Cloud services (sync) target 99.9% availability. • Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance. • For Enterprise, availability and response time to outages are agreed in the contract.
6. Intellectual property
The Kasyro application, its source code, design, documentation and trademarks are the property of Kasyro s.r.o. The license to use the application does not include intellectual property rights. Data you create in the app (products, orders, customers) remains your property. You have the right to export it at any time.
7. Termination
• You can stop using the free license at any time without notice. • Paid plans can be canceled at any time — the service remains active until the end of the billing period. • Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data. • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
