Terms and conditions for using the Kasyro app and services.

1. License and usage
Kasyro s.r.o. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Kasyro application for your business. • Kasyro license (free) — complete POS system with no limits on registers, users or features. • Kasyro Premium license — adds multi-device sync, cloud backups, AI assistant and email support. • Kasyro Enterprise license — custom solution with dedicated support. You may not decompile, modify or distribute the application without written consent.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for securing your account and login credentials. Each user account is intended for one person. Sharing login credentials is at your own risk. Kasyro supports user management with PIN codes — we recommend creating a separate account for each employee with appropriate permissions.
3. Payments and billing
• The Kasyro license is permanently free with no time limit. • Premium and Enterprise plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. • Prices include VAT. • Invoices are sent electronically to your registered email. • When upgrading, remaining credit from the current period is applied. • When downgrading, the change takes effect from the next billing period.
4. Liability
The Kasyro application is provided "as is". While we strive for maximum reliability: • We are not liable for damages caused by internet outages (the app works offline). • We are not liable for data loss caused by device damage without active backups. • Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months. We recommend using the Premium plan with automatic backups to minimize data loss risk.
5. Service availability
• Offline app features are available at all times, regardless of server status. • Cloud services (sync, backups) target 99.9% availability. • Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance. • Enterprise customers have guaranteed availability per individual SLA.
6. Intellectual property
The Kasyro application, its source code, design, documentation and trademarks are the property of Kasyro s.r.o. The license to use the application does not include intellectual property rights. Data you create in the app (products, orders, customers) remains your property. You have the right to export it at any time.
7. Termination
• You can stop using the free license at any time without notice. • Paid plans can be cancelled at any time — the service remains active until the end of the billing period. • Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data. • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
