Shop terms and conditions

1. Introduction

These terms govern the sale of goods and services through the shop at kasyro.com. The seller is Kasyro s.r.o., Masarykova 360, 735 81 Bohumín.

The shop is intended for businesses and legal entities only. The buyer states their company ID (IČO) in the order. The contract is governed by Czech Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code; provisions on consumer contracts do not apply.

2. Order and contract

By sending an order the buyer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

The contract is concluded once the seller confirms the order by email. The seller may decline an order, for example when the goods are unavailable or the price contains an obvious error.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is added at the statutory rate.

The buyer pays in advance by bank transfer or QR payment, by the due date in the order confirmation. The seller may cancel an order that is not paid by the due date.

The seller sends the tax invoice by email to the address given in the order.

4. Delivery

The seller ships the goods or makes them ready for pick-up once the payment arrives, in the time given by the availability shown in the shop and in the order confirmation.

Goods are delivered by a carrier or collected at a pick-up point where the shop offers one. The risk of damage passes to the buyer on receipt. The buyer checks the parcel on receipt and reports any visible damage to the carrier.

5. Pre-installation, subscription and data transfer

With pre-installation the seller installs the till app the buyer chose in the order (Kasyro or Elementary POS) on the device, connects it to the buyer's business and tests printing.

With data transfer the seller loads data into the chosen till app from the file the buyer provides, to the extent the file format allows. The buyer is responsible for the content of the data and the right to use it. The seller uses the file only for this purpose and deletes it once the transfer is done, within 30 days at the latest.

A till app subscription (plan) is agreed for a till account, i.e. the devices of one business that share data. The scope of the plan and the maximum number of devices follow the price list of the chosen app (Kasyro or Elementary POS); a free plan covers one device. The first period (a month or a year) is part of the order; the seller invoices the following periods in advance for the same length until the buyer cancels the subscription.

6. Warranty and claims

The seller provides a 24-month quality warranty from receipt, unless stated otherwise for the item. The warranty does not cover defects caused by mechanical damage, improper use or normal wear, such as the battery or the print head.

The buyer makes a claim by email to podpora@kasyro.com with a description of the defect. The seller handles it without undue delay.

7. Liability

The seller is not liable for lost profit or indirect damage. The seller's total liability for one order is limited to its price.

8. Final provisions

The seller processes personal data from the order according to the privacy policy published on the website.

The seller may change these terms; an order is governed by the version in force on the day it is sent.
